Use this page to help start your journey as a Baron. This information applies to the majority of students; some have special instructions. Please click the box below if you fit into one of these categories. If not, read on and we’ll see you soon!
First Steps
- Review your admissions letter for your BaronOne login information.
- Financial Aid – Complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) - It's free!
- Submit your official transcripts - (not required for visiting students).
- Pay for your classes - Review tuition due dates and payment options.
Your Academic Path
- Complete the math and English placement surveys. You will find them in the New Students Pathways card in BaronOne.
- Meet with an advisor - Create an academic plan and register for classes.
- Sign up for an Orientation - All first-time students are required to participate in either an in-person or virtual orientation.
- Blackboard Training Course - Learn how to use Blackboard Ultra, the tool used in RCBC courses. You will find the course in the New Student Pathways card in BaronOne. You must be signed into Blackboard before accessing the course. Head to BaronOne to sign in.
Campus Essentials
- Get your student ID card - This is your key to success. You can’t enter academic buildings without your ID. Start the process by uploading your photo through RemotePhoto in the New Student Pathway card in BaronOne.
- Get a parking permit - If you plan to drive on campus, you must register your vehicles with Public Safety in the Student Success Center. Bring the vehicle’s registration and a valid driver’s license.
- Start connecting with us - Get involved on campus. Join clubs, participate in events. Gain skills, make friends and have fun. Explore more at 911±¬ÁÏÍø new student orientation. Follow us:
