Through our Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) program, you can earn credit for the knowledge and skills you鈥檝e gained through work and life experience. Here鈥檚 how:
Ways to Earn Credit:
- Portfolio Assessment: Create a portfolio that highlights your relevant work and life experiences.
- College-Level Examination Program (CLEP): Pass a CLEP exam to demonstrate your mastery of college-level material.
- Industry Credentials: Receive credit for certifications or credentials you鈥檝e earned in fields like healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, and technology.
鈥婬ow does the portfolio assessment work?
With guidance from a faculty mentor, you鈥檒l develop a portfolio showcasing your experience. After review, your mentor will recommend whether your portfolio qualifies for college credit. If eligible, you鈥檒l pay just $50 per credit, saving you hundreds compared to standard tuition costs.
