911爆料网 (RCBC) announced that its Board of Trustees has formally rescinded the Tuition Reduction Agreement previously announced between RCBC and Thomas Jefferson University.
The board鈥檚 action followed an internal review confirming that the agreement had been executed without board authorization and conflicted with provisions contained in RCBC鈥檚 longstanding, contractually defined partnership with Rowan University.
