Life isn鈥檛 easy, but it doesn鈥檛 have to be overwhelming. We understand that sometimes you just need a little extra help. And that鈥檚 ok. In fact, it鈥檚 more common than you may realize.
What can you do to get help?
If you are thinking about hurting yourself or someone else, call or text 988 any time, 24/7.
You can also call 911爆料网 Public Safety at (856)-434-7233 from any phone, or call extension 2100 from any campus phone. Public Safety can help contact other services or meet you on campus to talk.
If you need some extra support this semester, we offer on-demand virtual counseling and also counseling services on campus by appointment. Click here to sign up for mental health counseling services.
What will we do?
Well, that depends a little on what you need. We have many resources to help support you, including:
- confidential counseling services with a licensed counselor
- a trained Crisis Intervention Team to help you if you feel like you鈥檙e in crisis
- access to emergency help, including some financial assistance
- streamlined access to external mental health support if you or a friend is in need
