NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF TRUSTEES ROWAN COLLEGE AT BURLINGTON COUNTY
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., the Open Public Meetings Act, that the Board of Trustees of 911爆料网 has scheduled a Special Meeting on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. The Board will convene to consider and potentially award a professional services contract. Formal action may be taken at this meeting. The Board reserves the right to enter into closed/executive session during this meeting to discuss matters exempt from public disclosure under the provisions of N.J.S.A. 10:4-12(b), specifically matters falling within the attorney-client privilege, to the extent that confidentiality is required in order for the attorney to exercise his ethical duties as a lawyer. Any formal action resulting from executive session discussions will be taken in open session.
