Commencement Archives
Grads, it鈥檚 time to gear up for commencement!
Make sure you鈥檙e ready to walk the stage by ordering your cap and gown. Find all the necessary details鈥攐rdering instructions, deadlines, and pickup information.

Photos from Commencement
Commencement will be photographed by professionals from the college and Grad Images. College photographs will be available for free on the college's Flickr account in the weeks following graduation. Because these photos are spontaneous, we do not guarantee that every graduate will be photographed.
Graduates will receive an email directly from Grad Images with the posed photos taken at commencement. If you don鈥檛 receive an email, you can visit the to view your photos. These photos are saved on their site for two years after commencement.

What to expect for your ceremony
- One hour before the posted time, graduates should come to the Student Success Center to pick up four tickets for your guests. Extra guests may watch on the large screen in the Student Success Center.
- Graduates should go to Votta 146 to put on their cap and gown. Guests should get in line to enter the Votta Hall Auditorium.
- Doors to the auditorium will open 30 minutes before the ceremony.
- The ceremony will start at the posted time and last about an hour.
- After the ceremony, the RCBC Foundation hosts a reception for graduates and their guests in the Student Success Center.
